1. The 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

At PregnancyPillow, we want you to experience the best sleep possible during your pregnancy. That is why we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We understand that you need to try the pillow to know if it works for you, but we cannot accept pillows that have been stained, damaged, or heavily used.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@pregnancypillow.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pregnancypillow.com.

6. Exchanges and Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the box. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pregnancypillow.com with photo evidence of the defect. Our quality assurance team will review the claim and dispatch a replacement immediately upon verification.
